"Shared with them that I’ve been a bit depressed lately, causing my teeth cleaning habits to diminish and she was incredibly understanding and respectful. She was gentle and engaged in really fun convo with me. Typically dentist offices just play like Christian radio which can get on my nerves. Thankfully that wasn’t the choice of music today and it made my experience much more enjoyable. Definitely recommend since this location seems to be a bit slower despite being directly off the highway."

I've already been asked by neighbors and friends where I had them done. I can't stop raving how happy I'm with Dr. Koelker's work."

Unfortunately I'm going to have to have some extensive work done on that tooth but they sat down with me to work out a schedule for future appointments as well as reviewed with me my insurance and what additional cost's will look like. Very streamline in what things will look like going forward."

"I have been going to David and Dr. Kim since 1986. He is the only dentist I will let touch my mouth. They are honest and they will always be up front with me. I really like the girls in the front office also. He hires the best!!! Their prices are the same as other dentists. The equipment is state of the art. I like the way they decrease the pain of any shots that has to be put in my mouth. Do you want to pay for dental work that will have to be redone in a few years? If you do, do not go to this office. They always use the best and the most cost effective treatment."
"Friendly and knowledgeable staff, it’s an easy process from start to finish. The dental hygienists are awesome, and do a great job. I have seen both dentists there and I would recommend them both, Dr. Koelker and Dr. Kim. The front office staff does a lot to make sure I am able to schedule and change appointments if needed, and have even reached out after hours via text to double check my insurance several nights before my appointment, to see if I needed to switch to private pay to make sure I wasn’t potentially billed beyond my limits. That’s great service."

He kept checking on me throughout my treatment to insure I was breathing and was as relaxed as possible. Nothing has changed other than relocating from Greenville Ave to the beautiful new building off US 75. The staff and dental hygienists are exceptional. Can't say I've ever had a poor/painful cleaning. It doesn't matter if you see Dr. Bishop, Kim, or Koelker. They are all excellent, professional, and make you feel comfortable to visit the dentist. Lastly, they are always very informative and guide you towards treatments they recommend. They don't push you or make you feel obligated to move forward with a procedure in means to make money. Visit The Dentist of Allen, and don't worry about switching dentists ever again."

(if that's how you spell it, lol) I had to change my appointment twice at the last second due to family emergencies, but they accommodated me each time with no problem whatsoever. I went in yesterday and chose to have the tooth removed, they took care of it in about 45 minutes. (with x-rays, numbing shots, and then the procedure) About as flawless of an experience you can get with a dentist in my opinion. 5 stars!"

My “long time” dentist had told me it was not fixable and would have to replace it. I will be changing my future dental work to: “The Dentist of Allen, Inc.”What a blessing that was. 🤠"

They are completely worth it for a few reasons - 1) they do a great job and treat you very well 2) they don’t suggest a procedure unless it is absolutely necessary (I have been to two other dentists in this area and felt they did not explore enough options before performing procedures) 3) they take the time to explain any needed work and all options. They are completely worth it for a few reasons - 1) they do a great job and treat you very well 2) they don’t suggest a procedure unless it is absolutely necessary (I have been to two other dentists in this area and felt they did not explore enough options before performing procedures) 3) they take the time to explain any needed work and all options. This has resulted in poor quality and having to redo a lot of the work in later years, so really didn’t save any money in the end. It surprised me that so many dentists could be recommending dental work that is unnecessary. That same dentist was trying to schedule me to have 4 fillings done, and not just me, but they were recommending the same for my daughter too. I was skeptical after reading reviews so I asked my orthodontist (North Texas Orthodontist- Dr. Copenhaver) if he had a good recommendation and he recommended The Dentist of Allen, who is his personal dentist. When I did my initial exam, they said that I didn’t need any fillings and that my teeth looked fine! I actually challenged them and asked to please review the x-rays again because my previous dentist said I needed 4 fillings. They looked again and said nope, you are all good. I was very surprised and happy to hear I didn’t need the work. I now truly believe I was being scammed, like so many other people. I’m not sure how these people get away with this without losing their license but apparently it happens. Aside from all of this, the staff here is just absolutely amazing. They are always super super friendly, very thorough and patient. Nobody likes sitting in a dentist chair but they make it as comfortable as possible. "I was referred by my fiancé to visit since I moved up to McKinney with him. Also just delivered our first child 5/11. My fiancé has been there for Dr. Kim DDS since he first start having teeth. I needed tooth number #17 & #32 (wisdom teeth) out because it had swollen and started to disturb my second molar. I called and the front office did their best to fit me in that same day! Rachel was awesome! She fit me in with Dr. Kristopher Koelker the next morning to sedate and surgically remove teeth. He was amazing! I didn't feel his shots at all! They took very good care of me. Also since I breastfeed they were able to prescribe medication that fits well! I will be coming here for future visits! Their out of network cost isn't as bad as I thought even with the insurance I had. The staff has been working there for a very long time. There is a bit of character in the office itself from each dentist you can ask Dr. Bishop!They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and have been in practice for a very long time. Everything was clean, equipment looks up to date, and sanitized. These are things I look for when I enter a dentistry. I would recommend in a heart beat."
