What Should I Expect During Digital Dental X-rays?
Typically performed at the start of your appointment, digital dental x-rays take 5 – 10 minutes to complete. Most patients will undergo a full set of x-rays to see all areas of their mouth. They will then be uploaded and viewed by you and a member of our team during your exam so we can show you any abnormalities and discuss possible treatments. A series of x-rays are usually taken during your annual dental exam. A full-mouth set may be obtained during certain visits to get a comprehensive view of your teeth, gums, and jaw. Your x-rays will be stored with your oral health file at The Dentist of Allen so we can watch for changes over time and address any growing concerns.

I have been seeing Dr. Bishop since we moved here in the 80s. He and his staff have always been top shelf in service and quality work. I have had a number of crowns done and have had only one issue which was quickly remedied at no charge. The current staff and dentists uphold this fine tradition.
I’ve been coming here for about 20 years and really enjoy the staff and the special attention you get from the staff members. I will probably never find a better dentist.
Great place, got my all on 4 dentures and love it, been coming since the 90s!! Never had a complaint and they give the most gentle shots.
Great Care! - I always receive great care and excellent service. My teeth cleanings leave my teeth very clean. The doctors, especially Dr Kim, and staff are very caring people. I love my dental hygienist, Laura, who always does a great job!
